  • Apex Endocrinology Health does not accept insurance. This allows our providers to take a patient-centered approach. Our priority is to understand and treat our patient's needs, which is incompatible with the time constraints imposed by insurance companies.

  • We are an inclusive practice that welcomes any patient. We specialize in adult endocrinology, obesity, metabolism, and cholesterol. We also provide general endocrine evaluation for those interested in preventative care.

  • 1. Initial 60-minute consultation

    2. Three follow-up visits within a 12-month-period starting on the date of the first consultation

    3. Members shall also have the option to schedule extra visits in between, and in addition to, their regularly scheduled follow up visits, at the Members-only rate of $175 per visit

    4. Access to a patient portal and direct communication with your provider, allowing us to address possible concerns or questions.

  • Patient care and satisfaction are our top priorities. Either party (Apex Endocrinology Health LLC or patient) can terminate the membership contract by giving 30 days written notice of cancellation. Our patients are not required to provide explanations.

  • Communication with your provider is for routine, non-urgent matters only. For our patient’s safety, we recommend going to the nearest emergency room or calling 911 in case of an urgent concern or emergency.

  • Credit card

  • Patients will have 24 hrs to make cancellations or changes to their appointments. Otherwise the visit will be charged.
